Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

• During peak seasons, special promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.

Important Information

• Urban Sprouts is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other external factors.

• Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability and logistics arrangements.

• Customers are requested to verify their shipping address and contact details before placing an order.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address,

• Incorrect phone number,

• Customer unavailable to receive delivery,

• Failure to respond to courier calls,

the order will be returned to us.

In such cases:

• Refunds will not be provided.

• The order can be reshipped if the customer contacts us within 7 days of the failed delivery.

• Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Non-Serviceable Locations

In rare cases where our courier partners are unable to deliver to a specific location because it falls outside their service network:

• The order will be cancelled.

• A 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Tamil Nadu

Orders shipped within Tamil Nadu are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.

South India States

Orders shipped to Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Telangana are generally delivered within 3–10 working days after dispatch.

Other Indian States

Orders shipped to the rest of India are generally delivered within 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier performance.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, package dimensions, and delivery location.

• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via:

• Email, and/or

• WhatsApp

The notification will contain the tracking number and courier details, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Urban Sprouts ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
