At Urban Sprouts, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

• Products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Clear photos or videos of the damaged product may be required for verification.

• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

Return Shipping Charges

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Urban Sprouts.

• For any other approved return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or consumed.

• Products returned after the 3-day return period.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address,

• Incorrect phone number,

• Failure to answer delivery calls,

• Failure to accept delivery,

a refund will not be issued.

However, we can resend the package if you contact us within 7 days of the failed delivery attempt. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is verified:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged product,

• A defective product,

• An incorrect item,

contact us immediately with supporting photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
